This website, which is operated at Raval.co.il address (hereinafter: the “Website” or the “Website“), is managed by Raval ACS Ltd., (the “Company”, the “Website Operator“, “we“, “us”). This Privacy Policy will detail how we use the information collected about you (“User“, “You“, “Your“, “Customer“) when using the Website or Service (as defined in the Terms of Use), with whom we share the information and what your rights are in relation to the information. The policy also includes information about the use of cookies.

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website [https://raval.co.il/terms-of-use]. Before using the Website or providing personal information to the Company, please ensure that you have read the terms of the Privacy Policy carefully and that you understand them.

This Privacy Policy has been drafted in the masculine form for convenience, but is equally addressed to all genders.

This Privacy Policy applies to any data we collect about you that directly or indirectly identifies or enables us to identify you  directly or indirectly (such as your name, email address, ID number, payment method, etc.), as well as any information that constitutes “personal information” and/or “information of special sensitivity” as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, including any data or information that you proactively provide to the Website Operator in accordance with the purpose of your referral, and/or information received about you from third parties, as part of the service provided by the Website Operator, including the Ministry of Finance, the Pension Clearing House, the “Har HaBituach” system or institutional bodies, after obtaining your consent.

   • The User is aware that he has no legal obligation to provide his details or other personal information, and that the provision of the personal information is done of his own free will, but the User is aware that without providing the User’s details, the Website Operator will not be able to provide the User with the requested service or you will be prevented from using the Website or parts thereof, as the case may be.
   • Personal information that you provide about another person. To the extent that you use the Website for another person – you declare and undertake that you are authorized and have the consents required by any law both to perform actions on behalf of the Additional Person and in this framework to provide the Website Operator with his personal information, and for the uses made by the Website Operator of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that you have informed the Additional Person about the terms of this Privacy Policy.
   • By providing personal information on the Website, the User declares that the details he has provided are correct, accurate, and belong to him or to another person for whom the details were lawfully provided.
2. Collection of Personal Information

When using the Website, the Website Operator collects information provided by you on the Website, including information about the user’s use of the Website and information that you provide on your own initiative as part of the Service. The type of personal information you provide and/or will be collected by us may vary, depending on the reason and/or purpose for which you contact us on the Website. The personal information we may collect as a result of your use of the Site may also change, depending on how you use the Site (for example, as a result of using the Site from a desktop computer or mobile device).

The following is a breakdown of the types of personal information that will be collected in accordance with the above:

  • Personal information that you provide in the framework of filling in details for the purpose of receiving the service offered on the Website, inter alia, information in the field of receiving a service or contacting based on the information entered by you.
  • Personal information you provide in the form of a contact form on the Site, including name, email address, telephone number, and any other information you choose to enter as part of the application.

The Company will use the information in order to contact you and provide you with a response when you contact us. It is clarified that all information that you enter in the Free Text panel will be transferred to us as is (“as is”) and therefore we will ask you to enter only the details that are essential for the purpose of your request.

• Personal information that will be provided by you in the framework of communications between you and us, inter alia, personal information that may be provided by you in the course of correspondence with us by e-mail, telephone or any other means of communication.
• Personal information provided as part of registering for the mailing list, including full name, email address, and telephone number.

If you have indicated on the Website that you agree to receive updates and/or advertising or marketing materials of the Company, you hereby agree that the Company will send you from time to time advertising and/or marketing material about the Company and/or the products and/or services offered by it to its customers through various media, including email.  These updates may constitute advertising within the meaning of the term in the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982.  You may request that your details be removed from the mailings at any time by sending a request to raval@raval.co.il address, or in another manner, as stated in the advertisement message.

• Personal information that the Website Operator receives about the User from a third party – the information received from third parties is their sole responsibility. The responsibility for verifying your data and that of you lies with the entity from which the Website Operator receives the information, and the Website Operator does not and will not have any legal and/or other liability in connection with the receipt and retention and/or use of incorrect and/or outdated information provided to it.
• Information collected through cookies or similar technological tools. We will collect technical information about your device and information about your activity on the Site using technological tools when using the Site, as detailed below in the section ‎5.

3. Purposes of Information Use
   • Without derogating from the aforesaid, the information will be used by the Company for the purposes set forth below:

• Management and operation of the website.
• Providing the service, including contact.
• Information security and cyber protection, including fraud prevention and verification of your identity on the website.
• Contacting us, including sending information about the products we offer to our customers, including information we are obligated to send and other useful information, communicating with you through the means of communication you have provided to us in connection with the products and services we provide, sending the quote to the user’s email address.
• Sending advertising materials, newsletters, and updates about new services we offer by telephone, e-mail, or any other means of communication.
• Transferring the information to representatives on behalf of the Website Operator or related companies, in order to contact the User in order to complete the purchase process of the insurance.
• Compliance with legal requirements that apply to us, including for the purpose of responding to a request or demand from a legally competent authority.
• Establish and protect legal rights, in order to protect our activities, rights, privacy, security or property, ours and/or companies affiliated with us, yours or others, to enable us to assert our rights to obtain remedies or to mitigate our damages and for any other legitimate purpose permitted by law.
• To generate aggregated or anonymized data from personal information provided by you or collected by us in connection with your use of the Site. The data we will create from the Personal Information will be used to improve the Website and/or the User Experience, to evaluate the way Users use the Website, as well as for the purpose of managing the Website’s operation, fixing malfunctions and security.

4. Providing Information to Third Parties

We may share personal information about you with third parties, in Israel or abroad (including in countries that provide a lower level of privacy protection than Israeli law), as set forth below:

• Some of the services offered on the Website are actually performed by third parties, who serve as subcontractors of the Company who act on behalf of the Company and assist it in managing its business activities, such as: providers of support, storage and data backup services (including through cloud computing in data centers abroad), various consultants, including legal advisors and accountants.
• To the extent required by law, including by court order, the requirement of a competent authority, or in the framework of legal proceedings if they are conducted between the User and the Website Operator and/or anyone on his behalf.

   • The Website Operator may make use of cookies – temporary or permanent, as well as web tags or similar monitoring technologies (hereinafter: “Cookies”), segmentation and analysis of the Website’s usage habits, updating and improving the questionnaire, fixing malfunctions, managing and operating the Website, improving the user experience and browsing experience, for the purposes of control and information security, verifying details and identifying the User, preventing fraud and fraud, Marketing and optimization of the site’s performance and any other purpose in order to improve the site’s activity and the service offered therein.

6. Links to Third-Party Platforms

The Website may contain links to websites or platforms of third parties, for which the Company is not responsible for the processing of personal information. If you choose to click on a link that points to an external website/platform, you are advised to carefully read the privacy policy and terms of use of that party.

7. Saving Information
   • The Site Operator is committed to safeguarding personal information, and uses acceptable information security measures in accordance with the information in its possession and in accordance with the provisions of the law that apply to it. The Site Operator implements technological and organizational measures, including accepted procedures in the market, to secure your personal information and protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, you are aware that Notwithstanding the aforesaid, this does not provide absolute security with respect to the information you provide on the Website (whether it is actually stored in the Company’s information systems or stored in a cloud provider(s). It is your responsibility to take basic protective measures on your computer or the end device from which you use the Site (including installing antivirus software, locking your computer, changing passwords, etc.), in order to protect your personal information.
   • As a rule, your personal information or personal information about you will be retained for the period of time necessary to ensure the purposes set forth in this Policy, such as for the purpose of responding to the User’s inquiry or providing the relevant service to the User, as applicable, and as long as the Website Operator has a legitimate need or legal or other obligation to retain it in accordance with any law (including for the purpose of defending against claims). Anonymous information will be stored in the website operator’s information systems indefinitely (as long as this is not prohibited by law).
8. Your Rights in Relation to Information

You may contact us with a request to review information about you held by the Company, or to correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, clear or up-to-date, all subject to any law. The Website Operator will act to fulfill the User’s request in accordance with the obligations imposed on it by law.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or change the Privacy Policy from time to time, as necessary and subject to our sole discretion and without obligation to provide notice, prior and/or retroactively. In the event that such changes and/or updates are made, these will take effect immediately upon the publication of the updated privacy policy on the Website. The date of the last change will be reflected under the heading “Last updated”. If we make changes that, in our discretion, may materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the Site or otherwise.
